Abstract

The invention is a method for making junctions between a first body (A) made of a first material, comprising a tube (A1), and a second body (B) made of a second material and comprising a hole (B1) for the insertion of said tube (Al). The method includes the threading (A3) of said tube (A1) for screwing in a corresponding threaded portion (B3) of said hole (B1) in the second body (B), the creation of a recess (B2) in the opening of said hole (B1) in the second body (B) and the creation of a ring (A5) at the end (A2) of said tube (A1), wherein said ring (A5) and said recess (B2) have such a shape and size that said ring (A5) is forced in said recess (B2) producing a plastic deformation and thus a seal through interference between said first and said second body (A, B).

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'établir des jonctions entre un premier corps (A) composé d'un premier matériau comprenant un tube (A1) et un second corps (B) composé d'un second matériau et comprenant un trou (B1) pour l'insertion dudit tube (Al). Le procédé comprend le filetage (A3) dudit tube (A1) permettant le vissage dans une partie filetée correspondante (B3) dudit trou (B1) dans le second corps (B), la création d'un évidement (B2) dans l'ouverture dudit trou (B1) dans le second corps (B) et la création d'une bague (A5) à l'extrémité (A2) dudit tube (A1), ladite bague (A5) et ledit évidement (B2) présentant une telle forme et une telle taille que ladite bague (A5) est insérée avec force dans ledit évidement (B2) produisant une déformation plastique et ainsi un joint d'étanchéité au moyen de l'interférence entre lesdits premier et second corps (A, B).
