Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verbundmaterial, enthaltend nanoporöse Partikel und wenigstens ein Bindemittel aufgebaut aus wenigstens einem Isocyanat und wenigstens einem Polymer P ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Polyvinylamin, Poly(meth)acrylsäure bzw.- ester, Polyvinylalkohol, Polyvinylthiol und Mischungen davon, wobei das wenigstens eine Bindemittel in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 20 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Menge an nanporösen Partikeln, eingesetzt wird, eine Zusammensetzung zur Herstellung eines solchen Verbundmaterials, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Verbundmaterials, Formkörper enthaltend das Verbundmaterial und die Verwendung des Verbundmaterials zur Wärme- und/oder Schalldämmung.

The invention relates to a composite material containing nanoporous particles and at least one binder made of at least one isocyanate and at least one polymer P selected from the group consisting of polyvinylamine, poly(meth)acrylic acid or ester, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl thiol, and mixtures thereof, wherein the at least one binder is used in a quantity of 0.1 to 20 wt.% based on the quantity of nanoporous particles. The invention also relates to a composition for producing such a composite material, to a method for producing such a composite material, to molded bodies containing the composite material, and to the use of the composite material for thermal and/or sound insulation.

L'invention concerne un matériau composite contenant des particules nanoporeuses et au moins un liant composé d'au moins un isocyanate et d'au moins un polymère P choisi dans le groupe constitué de polyvinylamine, d'ester ou d'acide poly(méth)acrylique, de polyvinylalcool, de polyvinylthiol et de mélanges de ceux-ci, le au moins un liant étant employé dans une quantité de 0,1 à 20 % en poids par rapport à la quantité de particules nanoporeuses. L'invention concerne également une composition pour la préparation d'un tel matériau composite, un procédé de préparation d'un tel matériau composite, des corps moulés contenant le matériau composite et l'utilisation du matériau composite pour l'isolation thermique et/ou phonique.
