Abstract

Apparatuses and systems for submicron resolution spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) are disclosed. The system may use white light sources having wavelengths within 400-1000 nanometers, and achieve resolution below 1 μιη. The apparatus is aggregated into a unitary piece, and a user can connect the apparatus to a user provided controller and/or light source. The light source may be a supercontinuum source.

L'invention concerne des appareils et des systèmes de tomographie à cohérence optique (OCT) dans le domaine spectral à résolution submicronique. Le système peut utiliser des sources de lumière blanche avec des longueurs d'onde entre 400 et 1000 nanomètres et obtenir une résolution inférieure à 1 µm. L'appareil est monobloc et un utilisateur peut connecter l'appareil à un système de commande et/ou une source lumineuse fournis par l'utilisateur. La source lumineuse peut être une source supercontinuum.
