In one aspect, a microfluidic device with an integrated pneumatic microvalve is provided, which microfluidic device comprises a cover layer (101) and a bottom layer (105); an elastic layer (103); a first double-adhesive layer (102) between the cover layer (101) and the elastic layer (103), comprising a reaction channel (106) or a control channel (107); and a second double-sided adhesive layer (104) between the elastic layer (103) and the bottom layer (105), comprising a control channel (107) or a reaction channel (106), wherein the intersection between the control channel (107) with the reaction channel (106) forms a pneumatic microvalve. In another aspect, a method of making the microfluidic device with an integrated pneumatic microvalve is provided. Further, a method for conducting multiple reactions using the microfluidic device is provided.

Selon un aspect, l'invention concerne un dispositif microfluidique doté d'une microvanne pneumatique intégrée, ledit dispositif microfluidique comprenant une couche supérieure (101) et une couche inférieure (105); une couche élastique (103); une première couche adhésive double face (102) entre la couche supérieure (101) et la couche élastique (103), comprenant un canal réactionnel (106) ou un canal de commande (107); et une seconde couche adhésive double couche (104) entre la couche élastique (103) et la couche inférieure (105), comprenant un canal de commande (107) ou un canal réactionnel (106), l'intersection entre le canal de commande (107) et le canal réactionnel (106) formant une microvanne pneumatique. Dans un autre aspect, l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication du dispositif microfluidique doté d'une microvanne pneumatique intégrée. En outre, l'invention concerne un procédé permettant de conduire plusieurs réactions à l'aide du dispositif microfluidique.
