Abstract:
(EN) Apparatus and methods of dynamically localizing a measurement of parameter characterizing tissue sample with waves produced by spectrometric system at multiple wavelengths and detected at a fixed location of the detector of the system. The parameter is calculated based on impulse response of the sample, reference data representing characteristics of material components of the sample, and path lengths through the sample corresponding to different wavelengths. Dynamic localization is effectuated by considering different portions of a curve representing the determined parameter, and provides for the formation of a spatial map of distribution of the parameter across the sample. Additional measurement of impulse response at multiple detectors facilitates determination of change of the measured parameter across the sample as a function of time.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de localisation dynamique d'une mesure de paramètre caractérisant un échantillon de tissu avec des ondes produites par un système spectrométrique à de multiples longueurs d'onde et détectées à un emplacement fixe du détecteur du système. Le paramètre est calculé sur la base d'une réponse impulsionnelle de l'échantillon, de données de référence représentant des caractéristiques de composants de matière de l'échantillon, et de longueurs de trajet à travers l'échantillon correspondant à différentes longueurs d'onde. Une localisation dynamique est effectuée en prenant en considération différentes parties d'une courbe représentant le paramètre déterminé, et permet la formation d'une carte spatiale de distribution du paramètre à travers l'échantillon. Une mesure supplémentaire de la réponse impulsionnelle par de multiples détecteurs facilite la détermination d'un changement du paramètre mesuré à travers l'échantillon en fonction du temps.
