(EN)According to an embodiment, a method of providing a biopolymer comprises: cryodesiccating a broth, wherein the broth comprises: (A) a biopolymer, wherein the biopolymer is an exopolysaccharide; and (B) a liquid growth medium. According to certain embodiments, the biopolymer is produced by the fermentation of at least one carbohydrate via a microbe. According to an embodiment, the microbe is a bacterium. According to another embodiment, the microbe is a fungus.
(FR)L'invention concerne, selon un mode de réalisation, un procédé d'obtention d'un biopolymère comprenant : la lyophilisation d'un bouillon, le bouillon comprenant: (A) un biopolymère, le biopolymère étant un exopolysaccharide ; et (B) un milieu de croissance liquide.
