(KO) 신규한 D형 젖산 생산균주 및 그의 용도
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a mutated strain which produces D-lactic acid, to a mutated strain producing D-lactic acid which is produced by the method, and to a method for producing D-lactic acid comprising the steps of culturing the strain and obtaining D-lactic acid from the culture, wherein the method for producing the mutated strain comprises the steps of: inhibiting the activity of L-lactic acid dehydrogenase (L-LDH) in a strain producing L-lactic acid; and introducing D-lactic acid dehydrogenase (D-LDH) activity. Since the D-lactic acid producing strain of the present invention is produced by mutating a strain having excellent L-lactic acid producibility to have excellent D-lactic acid producibility, the present invention can be widely applied to increasing the producibility of various articles which use D-lactic acid as a raw material.
(FR) Cette invention concerne un procédé de production d'une souche mutée qui produit de l'acide D-lactique, une souche mutée produisant de l'acide D-lactique qui est obtenue par ledit procédé, et un procédé de production d'acide D-lactique comprenant les étapes consistant à cultiver la souche et à obtenir l'acide D-lactique à partir de la culture. Le procédé de production de la souche mutée comprend les étapes suivantes : inhibition de l'activité acide L-lactique déshydrogénase (L-LDH) dans une souche produisant de l'acide L-lactique; et introduction de l'activité acide D-lactique déshydrogénase (D-LDH). Comme la souche produisant de l'acide D-lactique est obtenue par mutation d'une souche ayant une excellente productibilité d'acide L-lactique pour obtenir une excellente productibilité d'acide D-lactique, la présente invention peut être largement appliquée pour augmenter la productibilité de divers articles qui utilisent l'acide D-lactique à titre de matière première.
(KO) 본 발명은 L형 젖산 생산균주에서 L형 젖산 탈수소효소(L-LDH)의 활성을 억제하고, D형 젖산 탈수소효소(D-LDH)의 활성을 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 변이된 D형 젖산 생산균주의 제조방법, 상기 방법으로 제조된 변이된 D형 젖산 생산균주 및 및 상기 균주를 배양하고 배양물로부터 D형 젖산을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 D형 젖산의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 D형 젖산 생산균주는 L형 젖산 생산능이 우수한 생산균주를 변이시켜 제작된 것으로서, D형 젖산의 생산성이 우수하므로, D형 젖산을 원료로 사용하는 각종 제품의 생산성을 향상시키는데 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
