The present invention variably adjusts the maximum splitting information on a conversion unit according to the type of prediction unit and the splitting information on a coding unit and selects the optimal splitting information on the conversion unit. The present invention determines the maximum splitting information on the conversion unit of a depth block by using the maximum splitting information on the conversion unit for texture data. The present invention may lower complexity without a loss in efficiency by variably adjusting the maximum splitting information on the conversion unit in consideration of the characteristics of the depth data. The present invention may lower complexity by determining the maximum splitting information on the conversion unit of the depth data by using similar characteristics between the texture data and the depth data.

La présente invention est conçue pour : pour ajuster de façon variable les données de division maximale sur un module de conversion en fonction du type de module de prédiction, et les données de division sur un module de codage ; et pour sélectionner les données de division optimale sur le module de conversion. La présente invention détermine les données de division maximale sur le module de conversion d'un bloc de profondeur en utilisant les données de division maximale sur le module de conversion pour des données de texture. La présente invention permet de réduire un niveau de complexité sans perdre en efficacité, en ajustant de façon variable les données de division maximale sur le module de conversion en tenant compte des caractéristiques des données de profondeur. La présente invention permet également de réduire un niveau de complexité en déterminant les données de division maximale sur le module de conversion des données de profondeur en utilisant des caractéristiques similaires entre les données de texture et les données de profondeur.

본 발명은 예측 유닛의 형태와 코딩 유닛의 분할 정보에 따라 변환 유닛의 변환 유닛의 최대 분할 정보를 가변적으로 조절하여 최적의 변환 유닛 분할 정보를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 텍스쳐 데이터의 변환 유닛의 최대 분할 정보를 이용하여 뎁스 블록의 변환 유닛의 최대 분할 정보를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 뎁스 데이터의 특성을 고려하여 변환 유닛의 최대 분할 정보를 가변적으로 조절하여 효율의 손실 없이 복잡도를 낮출 수 있다. 본 발명은 텍스쳐 데이터와 뎁스 데이터의 유사한 특성을 이용하여 뎁스 데이터의 변환 유닛의 최대 분할 정보 정보를 결정함으로 복잡도를 낮출 수 있다.
