Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a transfer mold capable of multi-row press work, wherein reference plates are formed in a plurality of lines and materials which are located on each reference plate are simultaneously and consecutively moved by a moving member such that a plurality of products can be produced at one time, thereby improving work productivity. Furthermore, since the materials do not move when a punch presses the materials, a defect rate of products is reduced. In addition, oil is supplied to a jig such that a high-temperature heat generated from the materials during the pressing step or the like of the materials is quickly emitted by the oil, thereby preventing the deformation of the materials caused by high temperatures.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un moule de transfert pouvant effectuer une tâche de pressage sur de multiples rangées. Des plaques de référence sont formées sur une pluralité de lignes et des matériaux qui se trouvent sur chaque plaque de référence sont déplacés de façon simultanée et consécutive par un élément mobile de sorte qu'une pluralité de produits puissent être produits en même temps, ce qui permet d'améliorer la productivité de la tâche. En outre, étant donné que les matériaux ne se déplacent pas lorsqu'un poinçon presse les matériaux, un taux de défauts de produits est réduit. De plus, de l'huile est apportée à un dispositif de serrage de sorte qu'une chaleur à température élevée produite à partir des matériaux pendant l'étape de pressage ou autre des matériaux soit rapidement émise par l'huile, ce qui permet d'empêcher la déformation des matériaux provoquée par des températures élevées.
(KO) 본 발명은 다열 프레스 작업이 가능한 트랜스퍼 금형에 관한 것으로, 기준플레이트를 다수의 라인으로 구성하고, 각각의 기준플레이트에 위치한 소재가 이동부재에 의하여 한번에 순차적으로 이동되도록 하여, 한번에 다수의 제품을 생산할 수 있게 되며, 이에 따라 작업의 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다. 또한, 펀치가 소재를 프레스 할 때, 소재가 흔들리지 않게 되어, 제품의 불량률이 감소되는 효과가 있다. 또한, 지그에 오일이 공급되도록 하여, 소재의 프레스 과정 등에서 소재에 발생되는 고온의 열이 오일에 의하여 빠르게 방출되며, 이에 따라 고온으로 인한 소재의 변형이 방지되는 효과가 있다.
