Title: METHOD FOR DISSOLVING CARBON DIOXIDE AT A HIGH SPEED WITHOUT REFRIGERATION
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for dissolving carbon dioxide at a high speed without refrigeration for producing a carbonated beverage, which includes the steps of filling a container with a beverage composition at 10~30℃ , injecting liquefied or solidified carbon dioxide at -78.5 ~ 0℃ into the beverage composition at 10~30℃ contained in the container, and then sealing the container within 0.01~0.5 seconds. According to the present invention, a method for dissolving carbon dioxide at a high speed without refrigeration for producing a carbonated beverage enables the carbonated beverage not to foam, overflow, or evaporate carbon dioxide during sealing even if increasing the content of carbon dioxide in the container filled with the beverage, because the temperature and saturated vapor pressure of the added carbon dioxide almost do not change, so that the container can be filled with the beverage close to the sealing cap because of sealing the container under almost no saturated vapor pressure, thus reducing the size of the container such as bottle or can compared to the generally used size. Also due to the reduction of the injection time of carbon dioxide the production line may be operated at a high speed without increase of new production lines, and the length of the production line is decreased minimizing the cost of investing to facilities.
