The present invention relates to a tube connection tool having a coupling protrusion. The tube connection tool (100) for connecting two left and right tubes (200 and 300) together includes: a body (110) that is disposed in the middle of the left and right tubes (200 and 300) and into which tips of the left and right tubes (200 and 300) are inserted, respectively; left and right nuts (120 and 130) that are coupled to left and right connection portions (111 and 112) of the body (110), respectively; and first and second seals (140 and 150) providing a seal between the left and right connection portions (111 and 112), the left and right nuts (120 and 130), and the left and right tubes (200 and 300). Coupling protrusions (121 and 131) are formed in the downward direction at inner radial portions of tips of the left and right nuts (120 and 130) and a coupling flange (119) is formed in the upward direction in both end portions of the body unit (115) of the body (110) such that the coupling protrusions (121 and 131) are coupled to the coupling flange (119) to ensure proper coupling when the left and right nuts (120 and 130) are coupled to the left and right connection portions (111 and 112) of the body. Also, when the connection between the left and right nuts (120 and 130) and the left and right connection portions (111 and 112) of the body are released, the coupling protrusions (121 and 131) are separated from the coupling flange (119) so as to release the connection.

La présente invention se rapporte à un outil de raccordement de tuyaux possédant une saillie d'accouplement. L'outil de raccordement (100) de tuyaux destiné à raccorder deux tuyaux gauche et droit (200 et 300) ensemble comprend : un corps (110) qui est disposé au milieu des tubes droit et gauche (200 et 300) et dans lequel les extrémités des tuyaux gauche et droit (200 et 300) sont introduites, respectivement ; des écrous gauche et droit (120 et 130) qui sont accouplés à des parties de raccordement gauche et droite (111 et 112) du corps (110), respectivement ; et des premier et second joints (140 et 150) créant un joint entre les parties de raccordement gauche et droite (111 et 112), les écrous gauche et droit (120 et 130), et les tuyaux gauche et droit (200 et 300). Des saillies d'accouplement (121 et 131) sont formées vers l'aval au niveau de parties radiales intérieures des extrémités des écrous gauche et droit (120 et 130) et une bride d'accouplement (119) est formée vers l'amont dans les deux parties d'extrémité de l'unité de corps (115) du corps (110) de sorte que les saillies d'accouplement (121 et 131) soient accouplées à la bride d'accouplement (119) pour garantir un accouplement correct lorsque les écrous gauche et droit (120 et 130) sont accouplés aux parties de raccordement gauche et droite (111 et 112) du corps. De plus, lorsque le raccordement entre les écrous gauche et droit (120 et 130) et les parties de raccordement gauche et droite (111 et 112) du corps est dégagé, les saillies d'accouplement (121 et 131) sont séparées de la bride d'accouplement (119) de manière à dégager le raccordement.

본발명은 결합돌기가 형성된 튜브체결구에 관한 것으로, 두 개의 좌우 튜브(200)(300) 사이를 연결하는 튜브체결구(100)에 있어서, 상기 튜브체결구(100)는 좌우 튜브(200)(300) 중간에 위치하며 좌우 튜브(200)(300)의 선단이 각각 삽입되는 바디(110)와; 상기 바디(110) 좌우연결부(111, 112)에 각각 결합되는 좌우너트(120, 130)와; 상기 좌우연결부(111, 112), 좌우너트(120, 130) 및 좌우 튜브(200)(300) 사이에 기밀작용을 하는 제1, 2실링(140, 150)으로 구성되되, 상기 좌우너트(120, 130)의 선단 내경부위에는 결합돌기(121, 131)가 하향방향으로 형성되고, 상기 바디(110)의 바디몸체(115) 양단부에는 결합턱(119)이 상방 방향으로 형성되어, 상기 좌우너트(120, 130)와 바디 좌우연결부(111, 112)가 체결될 시, 상기 결합돌기(121, 131)가 결합턱(119)에 결합되어 체결이 확실히 되며, 또한 상기 좌우너트(120, 130)와 바디 좌우연결부(111, 112)가 체결이 해제될 시는 상기 결합돌기(121, 131)가 결합턱(119)에서 분리되어 체결이 해제되는 것이다.
