Abstract

The present invention is a composite pipe manufactured by forming an adhesive layer and a resin layer at the outer surface of a metal pipe. The manufactured composite pipe is resistant to damage and the original form of the cross-sectional surface of the composite pipe can be maintained even when wound into an annular shape. Peeling, buckling, etc. does not occur even when the complex pipe is returned to the form of a straight pipe for construction. Thus, the present invention enables the advantages of the significantly superior constructability and transportability of the product.

La présente invention concerne un tuyau composite fabriqué par formation d'une couche adhésive et d'une couche de résine au niveau de la surface extérieure d'un tuyau métallique. Le tuyau composite fabriqué est résistant à la détérioration et permet de maintenir la forme originale de la surface de section transversale du tuyau composite même lorsqu'il est enroulé en forme annulaire. Aucun décollement, gondolement, etc. ne se produit, même lorsque le tuyau complexe est rétabli dans sa forme de tuyau droit pour la construction. Ainsi, le composite de l'invention permet de tirer avantage des aptitudes à la construction et au transport sensiblement supérieurs du produit.

본 발명은 금속관의 외부면에 접착층과 수지층을 형성하여 복합관을 제조하되, 복합관을 제조한 후 환형으로 권취하더라도 복합관이 손상되지 않고 횡단면이 원형을 유지할 수 있으며, 시공을 위해서 직관으로 환원하더라도 박리, 좌굴 등이 발생하지 않고, 이에 따라 제품의 시공성 및 운반성이 매우 우수하다는 장점을 가진다.
