(EN)The present invention relates to a golf tee and to a method for manufacturing same, wherein a tubular main body and a holder pin having a sharp lower end are interconnected via a connection pin. The upper end of the connection pin has an integrally formed head. A spring for penetration of the body of the connection pin therein is rigidly connected to the head. The lower end of the connection pin has a screw thread. The holder pin has a screw groove to be coupled to the screw thread of the connection pin, the screw groove being formed lengthwise in a vertical direction from the center of the upper surface of the holder pin. The golf tee and method for manufacturing same according to the present invention are configured such that the connection pin for interconnecting the main body and the holder pin is inserted inside the main body such that the screw thread formed at the lower end of the connection pin and the screw groove of the holder pin are coupled together so as to firmly and stably engage and thus enable the stable deformability and elasticity of the connection pin during a tee shot. In addition, the connection pin and the holder pin are prevented from separating from each other even when the shock of a tee shot is applied, thus preventing the main body of the golf tee from flying away. Furthermore, the main body and the holder pin are prevented from separating from each other and being damaged, thereby improving the quality of the product.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un tee de golf et son procédé de fabrication. Selon l'invention, un corps principal tubulaire et une broche de maintien comportant une extrémité inférieure pointue sont liés mutuellement par le biais d'une broche de liaison. L'extrémité supérieure de la broche de liaison comporte une tête formée d'une seule pièce. Un ressort destiné à pénétrer le corps de la broche de liaison est lié solidement à la tête. L'extrémité inférieure de la broche de liaison possède un filetage. La broche de maintien comporte une rainure taraudée pour couplage avec le filetage de la broche de liaison, la rainure taraudée étant formée dans le sens de la longueur dans une direction verticale à partir du centre de la surface supérieure de la broche de maintien. Le tee de golf et son procédé de fabrication selon la présente invention sont conçus de sorte que la broche de liaison destinée à lier mutuellement le corps principal et la broche de maintien est introduite à l'intérieur du corps principal pour que le filetage formé au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure de la broche de liaison et la rainure taraudée de la broche de maintien soient couplés l'un à l'autre pour coopérer de façon solide et stable et ainsi permettre la déformabilité et l'élasticité stables de la broche de liaison pendant un coup joué avec le tee. De plus, la broche de liaison et la broche de maintien ne peuvent pas se séparer l'une de l'autre même lors de l'application du choc d'un coup joué avec le tee, ce qui empêche au corps principal du tee de golf d'être éjecté. De plus, le corps principal et la broche de maintien ne peuvent pas se séparer l'un de l'autre ni être endommagés, ce qui améliore la qualité du produit.
(KO)본 발명은 관체로 이루어진 본체와, 하단부가 뾰족한 꽂이핀이 연결핀에 의해 연결되는 골프 티에 있어서, 상기 연결핀은 상단부에 헤드부가 일체로 구비되고, 헤드부에는 연결핀의 몸체가 관통되는 스프링이 일체로 접합되며, 하단부에는 나사산부가 형성되어 이루어지며, 상기 꽂이핀은 상기 연결핀의 나사산부와 결합되는 나사홈부가 상면 중앙으로부터 수직으로 길게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골프 티 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 골프 티 및 그 제조방법에 따르면, 본체와 꽂이핀을 연결하는 연결핀이 본체의 내측으로 삽입되어 연결핀 하단에 형성된 나사산부와 꽂이핀의 나사홈이 나사체결됨에 따라 견고하고 안정적인 결합이 이루어지게 되어 티샷시 연결핀의 충분한 휘어짐과 탄성을 안정적으로 유지할 수 있게 되고, 티샷의 충격에도 연결핀과 꽂이핀이 분리되지 않아 본체가 튕겨나가는 일이 발생되지 않게 되며 아울러 본체 및 꽂이핀이 분리되면서 파손되는 일도 발생하지 않게 되어 제품의 품질을 향상시킨다.
