Abstract:
(EN) A method for producing a catalyst for producing an olefin from an alcohol, said olefin having at least one more carbon atom than the alcohol. This method for producing a catalyst for olefin production comprises: a precipitating step wherein a precipitant is introduced into an aqueous solution that contains an indium salt until the pH reaches 8.0 or more so as to form a precipitation containing indium; an aging step wherein the resulting material is subjected to aging at 30°C or less for 25 hours or more after the completion of the precipitant introduction; and a firing step wherein firing is carried out at 500-1,000°C after the aging step. A catalyst for olefin production, which is produced by the above-described production method; and a method for producing an olefin, which uses the catalyst.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un catalyseur pour la fabrication d'une oléfine à partir d'un alcool, ladite oléfine ayant au moins un atome de carbone de plus que l'alcool. Ce procédé de fabrication d'un catalyseur pour la fabrication d'oléfines comprend : une étape de précipitation dans laquelle un agent de précipitation est introduit dans une solution aqueuse qui contient un sel d'indium jusqu'à ce que le pH atteigne 8 ou plus de façon à former une précipitation contenant de l'indium ; une étape de vieillissement dans laquelle la matière résultante est soumise à un vieillissement à 30°C ou moins pendant 25 heures ou plus après l'achèvement de l'introduction de l'agent de précipitation ; et une étape de cuisson dans laquelle une cuisson est effectuée à 500-1.000°C après l'étape de vieillissement. L'invention concerne un catalyseur pour la fabrication d'oléfines, lequel est obtenu par le procédé de fabrication décrit ci-dessus ; et un procédé de fabrication d'une oléfine, lequel utilise le catalyseur.
