Abstract:
(EN) The method for determining the Fe-Zn alloy phase thickness of a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is a determination method for determining the thickness of a specific phase contained in the Fe-Zn alloy phase of a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet comprising an X-ray irradiation step for X-ray irradiation of the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and a diffracted X-ray detection step for detecting those diffracted X-rays obtained by the X-ray diffraction step that correspond to the Г·Г1 phase, δ1 phase, and ζ phase contained in the Fe-Zn alloy phase and that have a crystal lattice surface interval d of 1.5 Å or greater.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer l'épaisseur d'une phase d'un alliage de Fe-Zn d'une feuille d'acier galvanisé par immersion à chaud qui est un procédé de détermination permettant de déterminer l'épaisseur d'une phase spécifique contenue dans la phase d'alliage de Fe-Zn d'une feuille d'acier galvanisé par immersion à chaud comprenant une étape d'exposition aux rayons X pour exposer aux rayons X la feuille d'acier galvanisé par immersion à chaud et une étape de détection des rayons X diffractés permettant de détecter les rayons X diffractés obtenus par l'étape de diffraction des rayons X qui correspond à la phase Г·Г1, la phase δ1 et la phase ζ contenues dans la phase d'alliage de Fe-Zn et dont l'intervalle d de réseau cristallin est supérieur ou égal à 1,5 Å.
