Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for manufacturing a laminated gas-barrier resin base material, which exhibits gas barrier performance due to a film (A) and/or a film (B) on a resin base material, and which has both the films. In the method, the gas barrier performance is improved by sequentially performing the following steps at least one time: a step (A) for forming the film (A) on the resin base material; a step (B) for laminating the resin base material on the film (A), said resin base material having mold release characteristics; a step (C) for peeling the resin base material from the film (A); a step (D) for applying energy to the film (A); and a step (E) for forming the film (B) on the film (A).
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé destiné à fabriquer un matériau de base stratifié en résine pour protection contre les gaz, qui présente des performances de protection contre les gaz en raison d'un film (A) et/ou d'un film (B) sur un matériau de base en résine, et qui comporte les deux films. Selon le procédé, les performances de protection contre les gaz sont améliorées par la réalisation séquentielle des étapes suivantes au moins une fois : une étape (A) destinée à former le film (A) sur le matériau de base en résine ; une étape (B) destinée à stratifier le matériau de base en résine sur le film (A), ledit matériau de base en résine ayant des caractéristiques de démoulage ; une étape (C) destinée à détacher le matériau de base en résine du film (A) ; une étape (D) destinée à appliquer de l'énergie au film (A) ; et une étape (E) destinée à former le film (B) sur le film (A).
(JA) 本発明は、樹脂基材上の膜A及び膜Bの少なくとも一方によってガスバリア性を示してなる、それら各膜を有する積層ガスバリア性樹脂基材の製造方法において、該樹脂基材上に前記膜Aを形成する工程(A)と、前記膜A上に離型性を有する樹脂基材をラミネートする工程(B)と、前記樹脂基材を前記膜Aから剥離する工程(C)と、前記膜Aにエネルギーを付与する工程(D)と、前記膜A上に前記膜Bを形成する工程(E)とを順に少なくとも1回経ることにより、ガスバリア性の向上を図るものである。
