Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide an LED flash module, an LED module, and an image capture device, with which shortening of time required for charging with a low-voltage operation is possible, and which are miniaturized and reduced in weight. [Solution] An LED flash module comprises: a module substrate (111); an energy device (18) which is positioned upon the module substrate (111); an LED module (320) which is positioned upon the module substrate (111), and whereupon a plurality of LED block units (320a-320f) are horizontally arrayed, in which a plurality of LED elements, which emit light by a power source which is supplied from the energy device (18), are vertically arrayed; an EDLC charger circuit (311) which is positioned upon the module substrate (111) and is for charging the energy device (18); and an LED driver control circuit (313) which is positioned upon the module substrate (111) and controls the light emission of the LED elements. For each LED element, a wiring length from a plus terminal (321) of the power source supply unit to the LED element is approximately equal to the wiring length from the LED element to a minus terminal (322) of the power supply source unit.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet de fournir un module de flash à DEL, un module DEL et un dispositif de capture d'image grâce auxquels il est possible de raccourcir le temps nécessaire pour une charge en fonctionnement à basse tension, et qui sont miniaturisés et de poids réduit. Pour ce faire, un module de flash à DEL comprend : un substrat de module (111); un dispositif énergétique (18) qui est positionné sur le substrat de module (111); un module de DEL (320) qui est positionné sur le substrat de module (111), et sur lequel une pluralité d'unités de bloc de DEL (320a-320f) sont disposées horizontalement, une pluralité d'éléments de DEL, qui émettent de la lumière grâce à une source d'alimentation qui est fournie par le dispositif énergétique (18), sont disposés verticalement; un circuit EDLC (311) qui est positionné sur le substrat de module (111) et est destiné à charger le dispositif énergétique (18), et un circuit de commande pilote de DEL (313) qui est positionné sur le substrat de module (111) et commande l'émission de lumière des éléments de DEL. Pour chaque élément de DEL, une longueur de câblage d'une borne positive (321) de l'unité de fourniture de source d'alimentation à l'élément de DEL est approximativement égale à la longueur de câblage de l'élément de DEL à une bonne négative (322) de l'unité de source d'alimentation en énergie.
