Abstract:
Provided is a method for continuously producing a protein processed food resulting from a plurality of materials being combined. The method produces a protein processed food by causing a mixture containing protein, fat, and water and having fluidity to move within a tube, while molding by continuously heating/solidifying by means of an internal heating method. The protein processed food comprises the mixture and at least one other material, and is characterized in that when sending in the mixture having fluidity, other materials are simultaneously sent in using a plurality of nozzles. The internal heating method preferably is microwave heating, Joule heating, or high-frequency heating.
