Abstract:
(EN) In the present invention, a plumb section (14) has two sides opposite in the x-axis direction in a plan view. A vibrating beam (13) has one end connected in one location to an affixed section (12), has another end connected in one location to one of the two sides of the plumb section (14) opposite in the x-axis direction in a plan view, and supports the plumb section (14) in a manner so as to be able to displace in the x-axis direction. A holding beam (15) has one end connected in one location to the affixed section (12), another end connected in one location to the other of the two sides of the plumb section (14) opposite in the x-axis direction in a plan view, and supports the plumb section (14) in a manner so as to be able to displace in the x-axis direction. A drive unit (21) is provided to the vibrating beam (13), and causes the vibrating beam (13) to vibrate. A detection unit (31) is provided to the vibrating beam (13) and outputs a detection signal that changes in accordance with the deformation of the vibrating beam (13).
(FR) Selon la présente invention, une partie masse (14) comporte deux faces opposées dans la direction de l'axe x, dans une vue en plan. Une barrette vibrante (13) comporte une extrémité reliée en un emplacement à une partie fixe (12), une autre extrémité reliée en un emplacement à l'une des deux faces de la partie masse (14) opposées dans la direction de l'axe x dans une vue en plan, et supporte la partie masse (14) de manière à pouvoir effectuer un mouvement dans la direction de l'axe x. Une barrette de retenue (15) comporte une extrémité reliée en un emplacement à la partie fixe (12), une autre extrémité reliée en un emplacement à l'autre des deux faces de la partie masse (14) opposées dans la direction de l'axe x dans une vue en plan, et supporte la partie masse (14) de manière à pouvoir effectuer un mouvement dans la direction de l'axe x. Une unité d'excitation (21) est associée à la barrette vibrante (13) et fait vibrer ladite barrette (13). Une unité de détection (31) est associée à la barrette vibrante (13) et produit un signal de détection variant en fonction de la déformation de la barrette vibrante (13).
