Provided are: a method for molding a pressed component, whereby the efficiency of manufacturing and the material yield rate can be enhanced in a metal pressed component in which a flange part is formed at one end part in a cylindrical boss part; and a die for molding the pressed component is provided. A piercing die (110), a piercing punch (120), and a pedestal (130) are used to mold a pressed component (90). The piercing die (110) is configured from a cylindrical first molding part for molding a boss part (91), and a second molding part having an overhanging part (112a) and a cutting blade (112b) for pressing on, while cutting, a portion of a preliminary molding (90'). A cutting blade (120a) as a counterpart to the cutting blade (112b) is formed in a distal end part of the piercing punch (120). During molding of the pressed component (90), a tip part (93) of a preliminary molding (90') obtained by drawing a blank (80) is parted by the cutting blade (112b) and the cutting blade (120a), after which a preliminary boss part (91') is pressed and upset by the overhanging part (112a).

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de mouler un composant comprimé, grâce auquel l'efficacité de fabrication et le taux de transformation matières peuvent être améliorés dans un composant comprimé métallique dans lequel une partie bride est formée à une partie extrémité dans une partie bossage cylindrique ; et une matrice permettant de mouler le composant comprimé. Un outil de poinçonnage (110), un poinçon de perçage (120) et un socle (130) sont utilisés pour mouler un composant comprimé (90). L'outil de poinçonnage (110) est configuré à partir d'une première partie de moulage cylindrique permettant de mouler une partie bossage (91) et une seconde partie de moulage présentant une partie en surplomb (112a) et une lame coupante (112b) pour appuyer, pendant la découpe, sur une partie d'un moulage préliminaire (90'). Une lame coupante (120a) en tant que pendant de la lame coupante (112b) est formée dans une partie extrémité distale du poinçon de perçage (120). Pendant le moulage du composant comprimé (90), une partie pointe (93) d'un moulage préliminaire (90') obtenue en étirant une pièce découpée (80) est divisée par la lame coupante (112b) et la lame coupante (120a), après quoi une partie bossage préliminaire (91') est comprimée et renversée par la partie en surplomb (112a).
