(EN) Provided is a diaphragm having excellent corrosion resistance and durability with respect to liquids containing oxidizing substances. This diaphragm (100), which undergoes reciprocal motion and is used to transport a liquid (50), is equipped with: a nonporous film (14) formed from a fluorine-based resin; a rubber film member (10) laminated on the nonporous film (14); and a gas barrier film (12) arranged between the rubber film member (10) and the nonporous film (14). The nonporous film (14) and the gas barrier film (12) are bonded together by thermo-compression bonding.
(FR) L'invention fournit un diaphragme qui se révèle excellent en termes de durabilité et de résistance à la corrosion vis-à-vis d'un liquide contenant un oxydant. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un diaphragme (100) mis en œuvre afin d'imposer un mouvement de va-et-vient pour convoyer un fluide (50), et équipé : d'une membrane non-poreuse (14) configurée par une résine fluorée ; d'un élément membrane de caoutchouc (10) stratifié sur la membrane non-poreuse (14) ; et d'une membrane de barrière au gaz (12) disposée entre l'élément membrane de caoutchouc (10) et la membrane non-poreuse (14). La membrane non-poreuse (14) et la membrane de barrière au gaz (12) sont liées par thermocompression.
