Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a fluid-filled vibration prevention device that has a novel structure and is capable of effectively suppressing cavitation which generates abnormal noise when an impact load or the like is incurred. This fluid-filled vibration prevention device (10) is equipped with a main fluid chamber (36) and an auxiliary fluid chamber (38) connected by an orifice passage (40). The filling fluid contains at least 0.03 volume% of a dissolved gas under atmospheric pressure at room temperature, and a low-adhesion energy surface (50) having a water contact angle of at least 90 degrees is provided on the inner surface of the main fluid chamber (36).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'élimination de vibration rempli de fluide, qui a une nouvelle structure et est apte à supprimer efficacement la cavitation qui génère un bruit anormal sous l'action d'une charge d'impact ou analogue. Le dispositif d'élimination de vibration rempli de fluide (10) est équipé d'une chambre de fluide principale (36) et d'une chambre de fluide auxiliaire (38) reliées par un passage d'orifice (40). Le fluide de remplissage contient au moins 0,03 % en volume d'un gaz dissous sous l'effet de la pression atmosphérique à température ambiante, et une surface d'énergie à faible adhérence (50) ayant un angle de contact avec l'eau d'au moins 90 degrés est disposée sur la surface intérieure de la chambre de fluide principale (36).
(JA)  衝撃荷重等の入力時における異音発生の原因となるキャビテーションを効果的に抑制することの出来る、新規な構造の流体封入式防振装置を提供する。 オリフィス通路40で相互に連通された主液室36および副液室38を備えた流体封入式防振装置10において、かかる封入流体には、常温で大気圧の環境下において0.03容積%以上の溶存ガスを含有せしめると共に、かかる主液室36の内面において、対水接触角が90度以上とされた低接着エネルギー面50を設けた。
