Abstract:

(EN)Provided is a sealing device capable of inhibiting the external atmospheric dust from intruding in a lip edge and thereby capable of inhibiting sealing fluid leaking by way of trapped dust. In order to achieve this purpose, the sealing device that inhibits sealing fluid inside the device from leaking to the atmosphere, wherein a plurality of screws that are in contact with a shaft at the lip edge of the seal lip and that exert a pumping effect on the sealing fluid are provided in a circular shape on an incline face on the atmosphere-side of a seal lip, is provided with, between the screws, a three-dimensional shape for preventing dust intrusion for inhibiting external atmospheric dust from intruding toward the lip edge. The three-dimensional shape comprises a protrusion or a groove extending in a direction parallel to the lip edge. The lengthwise ends of the protrusion or groove extend to the screws.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'étanchéité apte à empêcher la poussière atmosphérique extérieure de s'introduire dans un bord de lèvre et, de ce fait, apte à éviter qu'un fluide d'étanchéité ne fuie à travers la poussière piégée. A cet effet, le dispositif d'étanchéité, qui empêche le fluide d'étanchéité à l'intérieur du dispositif de fuir dans l'atmosphère, une pluralité de vis qui sont en contact avec un arbre au niveau du bord de lèvre de la lèvre d'étanchéité et qui exercent un effet de pompage sur le fluide d'étanchéité étant disposées dans une forme circulaire sur une face inclinée sur le côté atmosphère d'une lèvre d'étanchéité, comprend, entre les vis, une forme tridimensionnelle pour prévenir l'intrusion de poussière de façon à empêcher la poussière atmosphérique extérieure de pénétrer en direction du bord de lèvre. La forme tridimensionnelle comprend une saillie ou une rainure s'étendant dans une direction parallèle au bord de lèvre. Les extrémités dans le sens de la longueur de la saillie ou de la rainure se prolongent jusqu'aux vis.
(JA)　大気側の外部ダストがリップ端のほうへ侵入するのを抑制することができ、もってダストの噛み込みによる密封流体の漏れを抑制することができる密封装置を提供する。この目的を達成するため、機内側の密封流体が大気側へ漏洩するのを抑制する密封装置であって、シールリップのリップ端にて軸に接触するとともにシールリップの大気側斜面に密封流体に対するポンプ作用を発揮するネジを円周上複数設けた密封装置において、大気側の外部ダストがリップ端のほうへ侵入するのを抑制すべくネジ間にダスト侵入防止用の立体形状を設ける。立体形状は、リップ端と平行な方向に延びる突起または溝よりなる。突起または溝は、その長手方向両端部がそれぞれネジに連続している。
