Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a light emitting element having high light extraction efficiency. [Solution] This light emitting element includes: a light emitting section, which is configured of an organic layer including a light emitting layer, and transparent first and second light transmitting electrode layers that sandwich the organic layer; and a transparent substrate, which supports the light emitting section with the first light transmitting electrode layer therebetween. The light emitting element also has: a high refractive index resin layer in contact with the second light transmitting electrode layer; and a reflecting layer that sandwiches the high refractive index resin layer with the second light transmitting electrode layer, said reflecting layer being on the high refractive index resin layer. The light emitting element has a recessed and projected interface between the reflecting layer and the high refractive index resin layer.
(FR) Le but de l'invention est de fournir un élément émetteur de lumière ayant une efficacité d'extraction. A cette fin, l'élément émetteur de lumière comprend : une section émettrice de lumière, et des première et seconde couches d'électrodes transmettant la lumière transparentes prenant en sandwich la couche organique ; et un substrat transparent qui supporte la couche émettrice de lumière avec la première couche d'électrode transmettant la lumière au milieu. L'élément émetteur de lumière comprend également : une couche de résine à indice de réfraction élevé en contact avec la seconde couche d'électrode transmettant la lumière ; et une couche réfléchissante prenant en sandwich la couche de résine à indice de réfraction élevé avec la seconde couche d'électrode transmettant la lumière, ladite couche réfléchissante étant sur la couche de résine à indice de réfraction élevé. L'élément émetteur de lumière comprend une interface en retrait et protubérante entre la couche réfléchissante et la couche de résine à indice de réfraction élevé.
