Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having a linear groove forming an angle of 45° or less with the direction perpendicular to the direction of rolling, wherein a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having low iron loss characteristics, on which a magnetic domain subdivision treatment by chemical means is used, is provided by setting the incidence of microparticles having a length of 1 mm or less in the rolling direction in a bottom part of the groove to 10% or less (also including cases in which microparticles are not present), providing a forsterite coating in which the Mg weight per side of the steel sheet is at least 0.6 g/m2 in the groove, and setting the angle (β angle) between a rolling surface and the <100> axis of a secondary recrystallized grain oriented in the rolling direction of the steel sheet to an average value of 3° or less.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à une tôle magnétique en acier à grains orientés qui présente une rainure linéaire qui forme un angle égal ou inférieur à 45° avec la direction perpendiculaire à la direction de laminage. Une tôle magnétique en acier à grains orientés qui présente des caractéristiques de faible perte de fer, et sur laquelle un traitement de subdivision en domaines magnétiques par un moyen chimique est utilisé, est fournie en établissant l'incidence des microparticules, qui présentent une longueur égale ou inférieure à 1 mm dans la direction de laminage dans une partie inférieure de la rainure, à une valeur égale ou inférieure à 10 % (y compris également des cas dans lesquels les microparticules ne sont pas présentes), en formant un revêtement de forstérite pour lequel le poids en magnésium (Mg) par côté de la tôle d'acier fait au moins 0,6 g/m2 dans la rainure, et en établissant l'angle (l'angle β) entre une surface de laminage et l'axe <100> d'un grain recristallisé secondaire orienté dans la direction de laminage de la tôle d'acier à une valeur moyenne égale ou inférieure à 3°.
(JA)  圧延直角方向となす角度が45°以内の線状の溝を有する方向性電磁鋼板において、該溝の底部における圧延方向の長さ:1mm以下の微細粒の存在頻度を10%以下(微細粒が存在しない場合も含む)とし、かつ該溝に、鋼板の片面あたりのMg目付量にして0.6g/m2以上のフォルステライト被膜を具え、さらに鋼板の圧延方向を向く二次再結晶粒の〈100〉軸と圧延面とのなす角(β角)を平均値で3°以下とすることにより、化学的な手段による磁区細分化処理を利用した、低い鉄損特性を有する方向性電磁鋼板を提供する。
