Disclosed is a structure for coupling tube sheets and a heat exchange pipe in a double tube sheet heat exchanger. The coupling structure comprises an outer tube sheet (1), an inner tube sheet (2) and a heat exchange pipe (7), wherein the heat exchange pipe (7) and the outer tube sheet (1) are coupled together by welding, a cover plate (5) having a corresponding pipe hole (8) is fixed onto one side of the inner tube sheet (2), a sealing groove (3) coaxial with the pipe hole (8) is provided between the cover plate (5) and the inner tube sheet (2), a sealing ring (4) in an interference fit with the heat exchange pipe (7) is mounted in the sealing groove (3), the inner tube sheet (2) and the heat exchange pipe (7) are coupled using the sealing ring (4), forming a flexible and elastic coupling. The coupling structure has the advantage of reliable sealing.

L'invention concerne une structure d'accouplement de plaques tubulaires et un tuyau d'échange de chaleur dans un échangeur de chaleur à double plaque tubulaire. La structure d'accouplement comprend une plaque tubulaire extérieure (1), une plaque tubulaire intérieure (2) et un tuyau d'échange de chaleur (7), le tuyau d'échange de chaleur (7) et la plaque tubulaire extérieure (1) étant accouplés ensemble par soudage, une plaque-couvercle (5) avec un orifice de tuyau correspondant (8) étant fixée sur un côté de la plaque tubulaire intérieure (2), une gorge d'étanchéité (3) coaxiale avec l'orifice de tuyau (8) étant située entre la plaque-couvercle (5) et la plaque tubulaire intérieure (2), une bague d'étanchéité (4) montée sur le tuyau d'échange de chaleur (7) avec un ajustement serré étant montée dans la gorge d'étanchéité (3), la plaque tubulaire intérieure (2) et le tuyau d'échange de chaleur (7) étant accouplés grâce à la bague d'étanchéité (4) pour former un accouplement flexible et élastique. La structure d'accouplement présente l'avantage d'une étanchéité fiable.

一种双管板换热器中管板与换热管的联接结构,包括外管板(1)、内管板(2)及换热管(7),换热管(7)与外管板(1)之间焊接联接,内管板(2)的一侧固定有开有相对应管孔(8)的盖板(5),盖板(5)与内管板(2)之间设置有与管孔(8)同轴的密封槽(3),密封槽(3)中安装有与换热管(7)过盈配合的密封圈(4),内管板(2)与换热管(7)采用密封圈(4)联接,形成柔性弹性联接,该联接结构具有密封可靠的优点。
