Abstract:

Disclosed is a supercritical salting-out and desalting device for treatment of salt-containing wastewater, comprising a straight cylinder body, an end cover disposed at an upper end portion of the straight cylinder body, and a conical head disposed at a lower end portion of the straight cylinder body. The cylinder wall of the straight cylinder body is divided into inner and outer layers, an annular gap being defined by an inner side of the outer cylinder wall and an outer side of the inner cylinder wall, and a cavity being defined by an inner side of the inner cylinder wall. The end cover is provided with a salt-containing fluid outlet in communication with the cavity. An upper portion of an outer side of the outer cylinder wall is provided with a salt-containing fluid inlet in communication with the annular gap. A lower end of the inner cylinder wall is provided with a rotary filter cartridge. A scraper is disposed on an outer side of the rotary filter cartridge. The bottom of the conical head is provided with a solid salt outlet. A support is disposed at an upper portion inside the straight cylinder body, to fix a rotary shaft running through the axis of the straight cylinder body. A lower end of the rotary shaft is connected to the rotary filter cartridge. A part, extending out of the end cover, of an upper end of the rotary shaft is connected to a reduction gear by a magnetic seal.
