Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a method and device (100) for optical alignment of a liquid crystal material. The method for optical alignment of the liquid crystal material comprises: providing a liquid crystal material layer, where the liquid crystal material layer has added thereto reactive monomers; and, under the effect of an electric field, using a radiation (light) to irradiate the liquid crystal material layer, thus allowing polymerization of the reactive monomers, thereby implementing alignment of the liquid crystal material layer. The polymerization process of the reactive monomers comprises a first stage and a second stage following the first stage, while the radiation (light) provides a first illumination intensity in the first stage and provides a second illumination intensity in the second stage, where the first illumination intensity is less than the second illumination intensity. The method and device (100) for optical alignment of the liquid crystal material increase the stability and consistency of the optical alignment of the liquid crystal material, and are capable of meeting the reaction speed of the optical alignment while at the same time preventing effectively a macromolecule effect that is capable of inducing light leakage.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif (100) d'alignement optique d'un matériau cristal liquide. Le procédé d'alignement optique du matériau cristal liquide comprend les étapes consistant à : fournir une couche de matériau cristal liquide, des monomères réactifs étant ajoutés sur la couche de matériau cristal liquide ; et, sous l'effet d'un champ électrique, exposer la couche de matériau cristal liquide à un rayonnement (lumineux), ce qui permet de polymériser les monomères réactifs, mettant ainsi en œuvre l'alignement de la couche de matériau cristal liquide. Le procédé de polymérisation des monomères réactifs comprend une première étape et une seconde étape qui suit la première étape, le rayonnement (lumineux) fournissant une première intensité d'éclairage lors de la première étape et une seconde intensité d'éclairage lors de la seconde étape, la première intensité d'éclairage étant inférieure à la seconde intensité d'éclairage. Le procédé et le dispositif (100) d'alignement optique du matériau cristal liquide permettent d'augmenter la stabilité et la cohérence de l'alignement optique du matériau cristal liquide, et de répondre aux conditions de vitesse de réaction de l'alignement optique tout en empêchant simultanément de manière efficace un effet macromoléculaire qui est susceptible d'induire une fuite de lumière.
(ZH) 提供了一种液晶材料的光配向方法及装置(100)。该液晶材料的光配向方法包括:提供一液晶材料层,该液晶材料层添加有反应单体;在电场的作用下,利用辐射光照射液晶材料层,以使反应单体发生聚合反应,进而实现液晶材料层的配向。其中,反应单体的聚合反应过程包括第一阶段以及位于第一阶段之后的第二阶段,辐射光在第一阶段具有第一照度,且在第二阶段具有第二照度,第一照度小于第二照度。液晶材料的光配向方法及装置(100)提高了液晶材料的光配向的稳定性和均一性,并能在满足光配向反应速度的同时有效避免了能引起漏光的大分子效应。
