Abstract:
(EN) Endoscopic devices and methods for imaging and treating organs and tissues are described. The endoscopic devices described herein include flexible endoscopes, rigid endoscopes, and capsule endoscopes. The endoscopic device may comprise one or more cameras and one or more light sources. In some embodiments, the endoscopic device comprises at least one white light camera, at least one blue light camera, at least one white light source, and at least one blue light source. In some embodiments, fluorescent targeting constructs can be injected into the subject and bound to and/or taken up by a tumor or diseased tissue. Diseased tissue can be identified by viewing the fluorescence emanating from the fluorescent targeting constructs by illuminating an in vivo body part of the subject with light having at least one excitation wavelength in the range from 400 nm to about 510 nm.
(FR) Cette invention concerne des dispositifs endoscopiques et des méthodes destinées à imager et à traiter des organes et des tissus. Les dispositifs endoscopiques ci-décrits comprennent des endoscopes flexibles, des endoscopes rigides, et des endoscopes capsulaires. Lesdits dispositifs endoscopiques peuvent comprendre une ou plusieurs caméras et une ou plusieurs sources de lumière. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le dispositif endoscopique comprend au moins une caméra en lumière blanche, au moins une caméra en lumière bleue, au moins une source de lumière blanche, et au moins une source de lumière bleue. Dans certains modes de réalisation, des produits de ciblage fluorescents obtenus par recombinaison peuvent être injectés au sujet pour se lier et/ou être absorbés par la tumeur ou le tissu malade. Le tissu malade peut être identifié par visualisation de la fluorescence émanant des produits de ciblage fluorescents obtenus par recombinaison par éclairage d'une partie corporelle in vivo du sujet à l'aide d'une lumière ayant au moins une longueur d'onde d'excitation dans la plage de 400 à 510 nm.
