(EN)The present invention relates to a recombinant microorganism having a kaurene, kaurenoic acid or steviol producing ability, steviol being a precursor of stevioside, as well as to a method for preparing kaurene, kaurenoic acid or steviol using the recombinant microorganism. According to the present invention, the mass production of kaurene, kaurenoic acid or steviol, which is a precursor of the natural sweetener stevioside, is enabled just by a simple process of modulating a metabolic pathway using the recombinant gene introduced to the microorganism rather than by the direct separation from a stevia extract.
(FR)Cette invention concerne un micro-organisme recombiné ayant la capacité de produire du kaurène, de l'acide kaurénoïque ou du stéviol, le stéviol étant un précurseur du stévioside, ainsi qu'un procédé de préparation de kaurène, d'acide kaurénoïque ou de stéviol utilisant ledit micro-organisme recombiné. Selon l'invention, la production de masse de kaurène, d'acide kaurénoïque ou de stéviol, un précurseur du stévioside qui est un édulcorant naturel, est possible par un procédé simple de modulation d'une voie métabolique par introduction du gène recombiné dans le micro-organisme plutôt que par séparation directe à partir d'un extrait de Stevia.
(KO)본 발명은 스테비오사이드의 전구체인 카우린, 카우린산 또는 스테비올 생성능을 가지는 재조합 미생물 및 이를 이용한 카우린, 카우린산 또는 스테비올의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 스테비아의 추출물로부터 직접 분리하는 것이 아닌, 미생물에 도입된 재조합 유전자에 의해 대사경로를 조작함으로써, 간단한 공정만으로도 천연 감미료인 스테비오사이드의 전구체인 카우린, 카우린산 또는 스테비올을 다량으로 제공할 수 있다.
