(EN)The present invention relates to a method for determining offset values, which divides a current image into a plurality of blocks, determines categories of pixels in each divided block on the basis of a neighboring pixel value, determines an offset value for pixels belonging to each determined category, and adjusts the offset value on the basis of a background pixel value of each pixel, wherein the offset value is an average of the difference values between an original image and a recovered image for pixels belonging to one category, and the background pixel value is an average of the pixel values in a background pixel block to which pixels belong from among background pixel blocks divided to obtain the background pixel value.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de détermination de valeurs de décalage qui divise une image courante en une pluralité de blocs, qui détermine des catégories de pixels dans chaque bloc divisé sur la base d'une valeur de pixel voisin, qui détermine une valeur de décalage pour des pixels appartenant à chaque catégorie déterminée et qui ajuste la valeur de décalage sur la base d'une valeur de pixel d'arrière-plan de chaque pixel, la valeur de décalage étant une moyenne des valeurs de différence entre une image originale et une image récupérée pour des pixels appartenant à une catégorie, la valeur de pixel d'arrière-plan étant une moyenne des valeurs de pixel dans un bloc de pixel d'arrière-plan auquel des pixels appartiennent parmi des blocs de pixel d'arrière-plan divisés pour obtenir la valeur de pixel d'arrière-plan.
