(EN) The present invention provides a heat radiation module, which includes: an outer container; an inner container arranged in the internal space of the outer container; internal radiation fins contacting and arranged on the internal side surface of the inner container; and an upper cover mounted on the tops of the inner container and outer container to form a sealed space along with the inside of the outer container and the outside of the inner container, wherein the sealed space contains a process fluid including a medium vaporized by heat and powder radiating infrared rays, and also provides a heat radiation apparatus using the same and a method for producing the heat radiation apparatus.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un module de rayonnement thermique, qui comprend : un contenant externe ; un contenant interne agencé dans l'espace interne du contenant externe ; des ailettes de rayonnement internes qui entrent en contact avec la surface de côté interne du contenant interne et qui sont agencées sur celle-ci ; et un revêtement supérieur monté sur le dessus des contenants interne et externe pour former un espace hermétique avec l'intérieur du contenant externe et l'extérieur du contenant interne, l'espace hermétique contenant un fluide de traitement comprenant un milieu vaporisé par la chaleur et de la poudre émettant des rayons infrarouges ; et la présente invention concerne également un appareil de rayonnement thermique utilisant celui-ci et un procédé de production de l'appareil de rayonnement thermique.
