(EN)According to a method for manufacturing a sheet-like heating element and a sheet-like heating element manufactured by the method of the present invention, cubics are pulverized into nanoparticles, the nanoparticle powder is mixed with carbon to become an original yarn, and the original yarn is cut to a length of between 0.2 mm and 0.8 mm and mixed into a pulp liquid to be formed into nanoparticle pulp. The sheet-like heating element forms a space where the particles can be rotated so as to allow 90% or higher far infrared radiation, and thus contributes to the health of users, entails a low defective rate since no bending occurs during the manufacturing, can be manufactured in quantity at low cost, and can be used for multiple purposes.
(FR)Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'élément chauffant en forme de feuille et un élément chauffant en forme de feuille fabriqué par ledit procédé. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : pulvériser des structures cubiques pour former des nanoparticules ; mélanger la poudre de nanoparticules avec du carbone pour obtenir un fil d'origine ; et découper le fil d'origine à une longueur allant de 0,2 à 0,8 mm et le mélanger à un liquide en forme de pulpe pour former une pulpe à nanoparticules. Ledit élément chauffant en forme de feuille forme un espace dans lequel les nanoparticules peuvent être pivotées de manière à permettre un rayonnement infrarouge lointain supérieur ou égal à 90%. L'élément chauffant ainsi obtenu contribue à protéger la santé des utilisateurs, il présente un faible taux de défaillance car il n'est pas soumis au pliage au cours de la fabrication, il peut être fabriqué en grande quantité à faible coût et il peut être utilisé pour de multiples applications.
(KO)본 발명에 따른 면상발열체의 제조방법 및 그 방법에 의하여 제조된 면상발열체는, 큐빅이 나노입자로 분쇄되고 이러한 나노입자분말이 탄소와 섞여서 원사로 되고 이러한 원사가 0.2 ~ 0.8 mm 로 절단되어 펄프액에 혼입되어 나노입자초지로 형성된 면상발열체에 의하여, 입자가 회전할 수 있는 공간이 형성되어서 90% 이상의 원적외선이 방사가 가능하게 되므로서 사용자들의 건강에 증진이 되는 것은 물론이고 제조시에 밴딩현상이 발생되지 않게 되어 불량율이 적으므로 저렴한 가격에 다량생산이 가능하게 되며 다용도로 사용이 가능하다는 우수한 효과가 있다.
