Abstract:
(EN) An aramid-resin film laminate obtained by laminating an aramid paper, composed of aramid fibrid and aramid short-fiber, and a resin film, wherein: either of the sides of the aramid paper, at which the heat of fusion of a surface portion thereof, according to a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), is 25 cal/g or less, is subjected to a plasma treatment, and the plasma-treated side and a plasma-treated side of the resin film are adhered together by both being processed by heating, pressure, or heating and pressure. This aramid-resin film laminate is obtained by laminating the aramid paper and the resin film without the use of an adhesive agent, and without compromising the properties of the two, and offers excellent heat resistance, electrical properties, chemical resistance, mechanical properties, and the like.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un stratifié de papier d'aramide-film de résine obtenu par stratification d'un papier d'aramide, composé de fibrids d'aramide et de fibres courtes d'aramide, et d'un film de résine. Selon l'invention, l'un ou l'autre des côtés du papier d'aramide, au niveau duquel la chaleur de fusion de sa partie de surface, conformément à un analyseur calorimétrique à compensation de puissance (DSC), est au maximum de 25 cal/g, est soumis à un traitement au plasma, et le côté traité au plasma et un côté traité au plasma du film de résine sont collés l'un à l'autre par leur traitement conjoint à la chaleur, à la pression, ou à la chaleur et à la pression. Le présent stratifié de papier d'aramide-film de résine s'obtient par stratification du papier d'aramide et du film de résine sans utiliser d'agent adhésif ni sans compromettre les propriétés des deux éléments et offre d'excellentes propriétés électriques, mécaniques, de résistance à la chaleur, de résistance chimique, et analogues.
(JA)  アラミドファイブリッドとアラミド短繊維からなるアラミド紙と樹脂フィルムとが積層されてなるアラミド-樹脂フィルム積層体であって、前記アラミド紙のいずれかの面であって、その表層部分の示差走査型熱量計(DSC)の測定による融解熱が25cal/g以下である面にプラズマ処理を施し、当該プラズマ処理された面と樹脂フィルムのプラズマ処理された面とを合わせて加熱、加圧、又は加熱加圧加工することによって接着されてなるアラミド-樹脂フィルム積層体。この積層体は、アラミド紙と樹脂フィルムとを、接着剤を用いることなく、また両者の特性を損なうことなく積層させたアラミド-樹脂フィルム積層体であって、耐熱性、電気特性、耐薬品性、機械特性等に優れている。
