Abstract:
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing an organic electroluminescence element having a high light-emission efficiency and a long life, and a production method therefor, and in particular, providing a white light-emitting organic electroluminescence element having excellent color rendering properties and stable chromaticity even during low drive voltage, and a production method therefor. This organic electroluminescence element has at least a positive electrode, a hole transport layer, a light-emitting layer containing a phosphorescent light-emitting compound, an electron transport layer, and a negative electrode, and is characterized by the light-emitting layer containing: a quantum dot having light-emission wavelength within the range of 413-477 nm; and a host compound having a light-emission wavelength, belonging to a 0-0 transition band in a phosphorescence spectrum, within the range of 413-459 nm.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un élément électroluminescent organique présentant une haute efficacité d'émission lumineuse et une durée de vie prolongée, ainsi qu'un procédé de production dudit élément électroluminescent organique. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un élément électroluminescent organique émettant une lumière blanche qui présente d'excellentes caractéristiques de rendu des couleurs et une chromaticité stable, même en cas de basse tension d'excitation, et un procédé de production dudit élément électroluminescent. Ledit élément électroluminescent organique comprend au moins une électrode positive, une couche de transport de trous, une couche électroluminescente contenant un composé électroluminescent phosphorescent, une couche de transport d'électrons, et une électrode négative. Ledit élément électroluminescent organique est caractérisé en ce que la couche électroluminescente contient : une boîte quantique dont la longueur d'onde d'émission lumineuse va de 413 à 477 nm ; et un composé hôte présentant une longueur d'onde d'émission lumineuse allant de 413 à 459 nm dans un spectre d'émission de la phosphorescence de la bande de transition (0,0).
(JA)  本発明の課題は、高発光効率で長寿命の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子及びその製造方法を提供することであって、特に、演色性に優れ、低駆動電圧でも色度が安定した白色発光の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子及びその製造方法を提供することである。 本発明の有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子は、少なくとも、陽極、正孔輸送層、リン光発光性化合物を含有する発光層、電子輸送層及び陰極を有する有機エレクトロルミネッセンス素子であって、該発光層が、発光波長が413~477nmの範囲内にある量子ドットと、リン光スペクトルにおける0-0遷移バンドに帰属される発光波長が413~459nmの範囲内にあるホスト化合物とを含有することを特徴とする。
