Abstract:
(EN) This invention makes it possible, when manufacturing an aluminum clad material by hot-clad-rolling, to significantly enhance adhesion performance irrespective of the clad rate. A method for manufacturing an aluminum clad material by cladding a skin material on one or both sides of a core material made from aluminum (including an aluminum alloy), the method being characterized in: interposing and laminating, between the skin material and the core material to be cladded, a metal plate material or powder having a lower solidus temperature than that of the core material or that of the skin material, performing heating to a temperature equal to or higher than the solidus temperature of the metal plate material, thereby generating a liquid phase in the metal plate material or powder and bonding the core material and the skin material in a plane form, and subsequently performing hot clad rolling.
(FR) La présente invention permet, lors de la fabrication d'un matériau d'enrobage en aluminium par laminage d'enrobage à chaud, d'améliorer considérablement les performances d'adhérence quelle que soit la vitesse d'enrobage. L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau d'enrobage en aluminium par l'étalement d'un matériau de revêtement sur un côté ou les deux côtés d'un matériau central constitué d'aluminium (comprenant un alliage d'aluminium), le procédé étant caractérisé par : l'intercalation et la stratification, entre le matériau de revêtement et le matériau central à enrober, d'un matériau de plaque métallique ou d'une poudre ayant une température de solidus plus basse que celle du matériau central ou que celle du matériau de revêtement, la réalisation du chauffage à une température supérieure ou égale à la température de solidus du matériau de plaque métallique, ce qui permet de produire une phase liquide dans le matériau de plaque métallique ou dans la poudre et de lier le matériau central et le matériau de revêtement selon une forme plane, et ensuite la réalisation d'un laminage d'enrobage à chaud.
(JA) 熱間クラッド圧延によるアルミニウムクラッド材の製造において、クラッド率にかかわらず、接合性を顕著に向上させることができるものであり、アルミニウム(アルミニウム合金を含む)の心材の片面あるいは両面に、皮材をクラッドしてアルミニウムクラッド材を製造する方法において、クラッドする心材と皮材の間に、心材と皮材のいずれの固相線温度よりも低い固相線温度を有する金属の板材または粉末を介在させて積層し、該金属の板材の固相線温度以上に加熱することにより、金属の板材または粉末中に液相を生成させて心材と皮材を面状に接合した後、熱間クラッド圧延することを特徴とする。
