Abstract:
(EN) The present invention achieves a safe spatial and object sterilization using a nitrogen oxide, which comprises a process of introducing a liquid nitrogen oxide placed in a vessel (4) to spatial regions (2, 2', 2'') followed by gasification, and a process of sterilizing the spatial regions (2, 2', 2'') or an object (1) located in the spatial regions (2, 2', 2''), and which completely kills and destroys microorganisms including bacteria and viruses with a nitrogen oxide and can prevent microorganism infection and damage of precision components.
(FR) La présente invention permet de réaliser une stérilisation spatiale et d'objet sans danger en utilisant un oxyde d'azote, et comprend un procédé d'introduction d'un oxyde d'azote liquide placé dans un récipient (4) dans des régions spatiales (2, 2', 2'') suivi de la gazéification, et un procédé de stérilisation des régions spatiales (2, 2', 2'') ou d'un objet (1) placé dans les régions spatiales (2, 2', 2'') et qui élimine et détruit complètement des microorganismes tels que des bactéries et des virus à l'aide d'un oxyde d'azote et peut empêcher les infections par les microorganismes et l'endommagement de composants de précision.
