Title: METHOD FOR PRODUCING ALLOYED HOT-DIP GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT ADHESION TO PLATING AND EXCELLENT SLIDING PROPERTIES
Abstract:
A method for producing an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet having excellent adhesion to a plating and excellent sliding properties, which comprises subjecting a steel sheet to an oxidation treatment and then subjecting the resultant product to reduction annealing, said method being characterized in that the oxidation treatment comprises heating the steel sheet in an atmosphere containing 1000 ppm or more of O2 and a remainder made up by N2, CO, CO2, H2O and unavoidable impurities until the temperature of the steel sheet reaches 600˚C or higher and then further heating the steel sheet in an atmosphere containing less than 1000 ppm of O2 and a remainder made up by N2, CO, CO2, H2O and unavoidable impurities until the temperature of the steel sheet reaches 700˚C or higher and the reduction annealing is carried out in an atmosphere having a dew point of 5˚C or higher and containing 1 to 15 vol% of H2 and a remainder made up by N2 and unavoidable impurities.
