Abstract:
A nano catalyst electrolysis device comprising a shell (1). The inside of the shell (1) is divided into two chambers by an upper divider (6), a lower divider (7), and a sealing plate (8). The left chamber is an electrolysis chamber (2), and the right chamber is an air flotation sedimentation chamber (3). A water inlet (4) is provided on the upper side part of the shell (1) of the electrolysis chamber (2). The bottom of the electrolysis chamber (2) is provided with a waste discharging outlet (5). The electrolysis chamber (2) is provided with an electrolysis groove (9). The four sides of the electrolysis groove (9) are sealed using engineering plastic, and the top and bottom are open. The bottom is disposed with a water inlet (10) of the electrolysis groove, and the top is disposed with a water outlet (11) of the electrolysis groove. The electrolysis groove (9) is fixed on the sealing plate (8). Electrodes (18) are installed inside of the electrolysis groove (9). The electrodes (18) and the sealing plate (8) form an air flotation layer in between, and are otherwise sealed and connected. The space between the electrode plates of the electrodes (18) form a water passage. The nano catalyst electrolysis device substantially lowers material consumption, reduces secondary pollution, and lowers the cost of solid waste treatment.
