Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are an ethylene-propylene-diene monomer grafted maleic anhydride and a preparation method therefor, wherein the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer grafted maleic anhydride comprises the following formulation components in weight percentages: 95% - 97% of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer, 0.1% - 0.2% of an initiator, 1% - 2% of maleic anhydride, 0.8% - 1.5% of a styrene monomer, and 0.2% - 0.5% of hexamethylphosphoric triamine. The present invention uses the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer as a grafting substrate and maleic anhydride as a grafting monomer, and performs the graft under the action of the initiator during melt extrusion. The grafting ratio and the grafting efficiency thereof are high, and the product has little odour, white colour, and is environmentally friendly and safe. The preparation method therefor has a simple process, easily controllable conditions, and is suitable for industrial production.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un polymère d'éthylène-propylène-diène greffé anhydride maléique et sur un procédé de préparation correspondant, le polymère d'éthylène-propylène-diène greffé anhydride maléique comprenant les composants de formulation suivants, en pourcentages en poids : 95 %-97 % de polymère d'éthylène-propylène-diène, 0,1 %-0,2 % d'un initiateur, 1 %-2 % d'anhydride maléique, 0,8 %-1,5 % d'un monomère styrène et 0,2 %-0,5 % de triamide hexaméthylphosphorique. La présente invention utilise le polymère d'éthylène-propylène-diène comme substrat de greffage et l'anhydride maléique comme monomère de greffage et effectue le greffage sous l'effet de l'initiateur pendant l'extrusion à l'état fondu. Le taux de greffage et le rendement de greffage sont élevés et le produit a peu d'odeur, une couleur blanche et il est respectueux de l'environnement et sans danger. Le procédé de préparation correspondant a un processus simple, des conditions facilement réglables et il convient à une production industrielle.
(ZH) 一种三元乙丙橡胶接枝马来酸酐及其制备方法,其中的三元乙丙橡胶接枝马来酸酐包括如下重量百分比的配方组分:三元乙丙橡胶95~ 97%、引发剂0.1~0.2%、马来酸酐1~2%、苯乙烯单体0.8~1.5%、六甲基磷酸三胺0.2~0.5%。本发明以三元乙丙橡胶为接枝基体,马来酸酐为接枝单体,在熔融挤出过程中在引发剂作用下进行接枝,接枝率和接枝效率高,产品异味小,颜色白,环保安全。其制备方法工艺简单,条件易控,适于工业化生产。
