The present invention relates to a novel supported double-center composite polyethylene catalyst and preparation method and use thereof, characterized in that a vanadium supported active component is added on a common supported organic chromium-based polyethylene catalyst. The present invention relates to a preparation method of a novel supported double-center chromium and vanadium composite polyethylene catalyst. The catalyst of the present invention can be used to produce ethylene homopolymer, and ethylene/α-olefin copolymer. The chromium and vanadium composite catalyst has the characteristics of high activity, wide molecular weight distribution of products (a part of the products are in bimodal distribution), excellent α-olefin copolymerization performance and the like.

La présente invention porte sur un nouveau catalyseur de production de polyéthylène composite supporté à deux centres et sur son procédé de préparation et son utilisation, caractérisé en ce qu'un composant actif supporté au vanadium est ajouté sur un catalyseur de production de polyéthylène organique supporté à base de chrome courant. La présente invention porte également sur un procédé de préparation d'un nouveau catalyseur de production de polyéthylène composite supporté à deux centres au chrome et au vanadium. Le catalyseur de la présente invention peut être utilisé pour produire un homopolymère de l'éthylène et un copolymère d'éthylène/α-oléfine. Le catalyseur composite au chrome et au vanadium a les caractéristiques d'activité élevée, de large distribution de la masse moléculaire des produits (une partie des produits sont en distribution bimodale), d'excellente performance de copolymérisation d'α-oléfine et similaires.

本发明涉及一种新型负载型双中心复合聚乙烯催化剂及其制备方法与应用。其特征在于在普通的负载型有机铬系聚乙烯催化剂上增加负载的钒活性组分。本发明涉及一种新型负载型双中心铬钒复合聚乙烯催化剂的制备方法。本发明的催化剂可用于生产乙烯均聚物和乙烯与α-烯烃共聚物。该铬钒复合催化剂具有活性高、产品分子量分布宽(部分产品呈双峰分布)、α-烯烃共聚性能优越等特性。
