Abstract:
(EN) A machine hinge vertical compression mould clamping mechanism comprises a mould clamping cylinder assembly (1), a solid mould plate (2), a mould clamping pull rod (3), a movable mould plate (4), a machine hinge assembly (5), a tail plate (6), a thread mould adjustment assembly (7), and a mould shifting execution assembly (8). The mould clamping cylinder assembly is fixedly arranged on an outer side of the solid mould plate; the thread mould adjustment assembly is arranged on an outer side of the tail plate; the movable mould plate is arranged between the tail plate and the solid mould plate and is connected with the tail plate through the machine hinge assembly. One end of the mould clamping pull rod penetrates through the tail plate so as to form threaded connection with the thread mould adjustment assembly; and the other end of the mould clamping pull rod penetrates through the solid mould plate so as to form movable fit connection with the mould clamping cylinder assembly in a manner of a mould clamping cylinder piston rod and form a mould clamping cylinder. The mould shifting execution assembly is arranged on the tail plate and forms movable connection with the machine hinge assembly. A code mould face of the solid mould plate is sequentially milled to be microsized from the center to the outer side so as to form a micro step face. According to the machine hinge vertical compression mould clamping mechanism, high speed and high efficiency mould shifting can be implemented, energy consumption is lower, mould adjustment is smoother, mould clamping precision is high, and production precision is greatly improved.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un mécanisme de serrage de moule de compression vertical à charnière de machine, qui comprend un ensemble cylindre de serrage de moule (1), une plaque de moule solide (2), une tige de traction de serrage de moule (3), une plaque de moule mobile (4), un ensemble charnière de machine (5), une plaque de queue (6), un ensemble de réglage de moule à filetage (7) et un ensemble d'exécution de translation de moule (8). L'ensemble cylindre de serrage de moule est agencé de façon fixe sur un côté extérieur de la plaque de moule solide; l'ensemble de réglage de moule à filetage est agencé sur un côté extérieur de la plaque de queue; la plaque de moule mobile est agencée entre la plaque de queue et la plaque de moule solide et est reliée à la plaque de queue par l'intermédiaire de l'ensemble charnière de machine. Une extrémité de la tige de traction de serrage de moule traverse la plaque de queue de façon à former un raccord fileté avec l'ensemble de réglage de moule à filetage; et l'autre extrémité de la tige de traction de serrage de moule traverse la plaque de moule solide de façon à former un raccord ajusté mobile avec l'ensemble cylindre de serrage de moule à la façon d'une tige de piston de cylindre de serrage de moule et à former un cylindre de serrage de moule. L'ensemble d'exécution de translation de moule est agencé sur la plaque de queue et forme un raccord mobile avec l'ensemble charnière de machine. Une face de moule codée de la plaque de moule solide est fraisée en séquence pour être à macro-dimension du centre au côté extérieur de façon à former une face à micro-épaulements. Selon le mécanisme de serrage de moule de compression vertical à charnière de machine, on peut obtenir une haute vitesse et un haut rendement de translation de moule, la consommation d'énergie est plus basse, le réglage du moule est plus lisse, la précision de serrage de moule est élevée et la précision de la production est grandement améliorée.
(ZH) 一种机铰直压锁模机构,包括锁模油缸组件(1)、定模板(2)、锁模拉杆(3)、动模板(4)、机铰组件(5)、尾板(6)、螺纹调模组件(7)、移模执行组件(8);锁模油缸组件固定安装在定模板外侧,螺纹调模组件安装在尾板外侧,动模板设在尾板和定模板间且动模板通过机铰组件与尾板连接,锁模拉杆一端穿过尾板与螺纹调模组件形成螺纹连接,锁模拉杆另一端穿过定模板以锁模油缸活塞杆的形式与锁模油缸组件形成动配合连接并形成锁模油缸,移模驱动执行组件安装在尾板上并与机铰组件形成动连接;定模板的码模面从中心往外侧方向依次铣低微小尺寸形成微小台阶面。该机铰直压锁模机构使移模高速高效且能耗更低、调模更加顺畅、锁模精度高;从而制品精度大大提高。
