Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a method for preparing a catalyst loaded with a noble metal. The method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving a metal oxide precursor in water to form an aqueous phase, and dissolving a noble metal precursor in an oil phase solvent to form an oil phase; 2) mixing the aqueous phase and the oil phase from step 1) in a volume ratio of 1:10 to 1:3 with a surfactant, and ultrasonically emulsifying same to form a water-in-oil emulsion, wherein the surfactant makes up 2.0% - 20% of the total volume or the total mass of the water-in-oil emulsion; and 3) atomizing, firing, burning, cooling and agglomerating the water-in-oil emulsion from step 2), so as to obtain the powdered catalyst loaded with the noble metal. The method has a simple process, can operate continuously and is easy to control.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un procédé pour la préparation d'un catalyseur chargé d'un métal noble. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : 1) la dissolution d'un précurseur d'oxyde métallique dans de l'eau pour former une phase aqueuse et la dissolution d'un précurseur de métal noble dans un solvant de phase huileuse pour former une phase huileuse ; 2) le mélange de la phase aqueuse et de la phase huileuse provenant de l'étape 1) en rapport volumique de 1:10 à 1:3 avec un tensioactif et l'émulsification du mélange avec des ultrasons pour former une émulsion d'eau dans l'huile, le tensioactif constituant 2,0 %-20 % du volume total ou de la masse totale de l'émulsion d'eau dans l'huile ; et 3) l'atomisation, la cuisson, la combustion, le refroidissement et l'agglomération de l'émulsion d'eau dans l'huile provenant de l'étape 2), afin d'obtenir le catalyseur en poudre chargé du métal noble. Le procédé a un processus simple, peut être mis en œuvre en continu et est facile à régler.
(ZH) 提供了一种负载贵金属催化剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:1)将金属氧化物前驱体溶于水,制成水相,以及将贵金属前驱体溶于油相溶剂,制成油相;2)将步骤1)中所述水相和油相按照1:10-1:3的体积比,与表面活性剂混合,超声乳化形成油包水乳液,其中所述表面活性剂占油包水乳液总体积或总质量的2.0%-20%;3)将步骤2)所述油包水乳液进行雾化、点火、燃烧、冷却和团聚,从而制得负载贵金属催化剂粉体。该方法过程简单、可连续操作并且易于控制。
