Each respective graphene- vanadium pentoxide particle includes a vanadium pentoxide substrate wrapped in a respective graphene monolayer sheet, each respective monolayer sheet is bonded to a respective vanadium pentoxide substrate, and wherein each respective vanadium pentoxide substrate is about 1 to about 100 nm long.
