Abstract

The invention provides a device for weighing slaughter products. The device comprises conveying means for conveying the slaughter products, the conveying means comprising a frame, two pulley means which are connected to the frame a fixed distance apart, being rotatable about two respective first vertical axes of rotation, an endless flexible conveying element which is passed over the two pulley means, which conveying element extends along a rectilinear weighing path between the two pulley means, a guide extending along a conveying path, hooks for the slaughter products, which hooks are connected to the conveying element at regular intervals and which are each provided with a guide elements for guiding cooperation with the guide. The device further comprises weighing means for weighing slaughter products that are present within the weighing section and reducing means for reducing tensile stress in the conveying element insofar as it extends in the weighing section, said reducing means comprising transmission means that are operative between the two pulley means. The transmission means comprise a gear transmission with at least two meshing gears which are rotatable about respective second vertical axes of rotation, wherein the second axis of rotation of one of the at least two gears is in line with a first vertical axis of rotation, and wherein the second axis of rotation of another of the at least two gears is in line with the other first vertical axis of rotation.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de pesage de produits d'abattage. Le dispositif comprend un moyen de transport pour transporter les produits d'abattage, le moyen de transport comportant un châssis, deux moyens à poulie qui sont reliés au châssis à une distance fixe l'un de l'autre et qui peuvent tourner autour de deux premiers axes de rotation verticaux respectifs, un élément de transport souple sans fin qui est amené à passer sur les deux moyens à poulie, ledit élément de transport s'étendant le long d'un chemin de pesage rectiligne entre les deux moyens à poulie, un guide s'étendant le long d'un chemin de transport, des crochets pour les produits d'abattage, lesdits crochets étant reliés à l'élément de transport à intervalles réguliers et étant pourvus chacun d'un élément de guidage pour une coopération de guidage avec le guide. Le dispositif comporte en outre des moyens de pesage pour peser des produits d'abattage qui sont présents dans la section de pesage et des moyens de réduction pour réduire une contrainte de traction dans l'élément de transport dans la mesure où il s'étend dans la section de pesage, lesdits moyens de réduction comportant des moyens de transmission qui sont opérants entre les deux moyens à poulie. Les moyens de transmission comportent une transmission par engrenage présentant au moins deux roues dentées engrenées qui peuvent tourner autour de seconds axes de rotation verticaux respectifs, le second axe de rotation de l'une desdites roues dentées étant en ligne avec un premier axe de rotation vertical, et le second axe de rotation d'une autre desdites roues dentées étant en ligne avec l'autre premier axe de rotation vertical.
