Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a system and a method for static and dynamic positioning or controlling the motion of a marine structure by using real-time monitoring of at least one or a combination of a mooring line, marine environment, six degrees of freedom of the marine structure, condition of tanks, an upper portion of a hull, and underwater. In the present invention, real-time static and dynamic monitoring data of the mooring line is obtained and processed for positioning or controlling and maintaining the motion of the marine structure. According to the present invention, 1) the tension of the mooring line is measured by real-time monitoring of the mooring line; 2) various marine environment elements, such as wind direction, wind speed, atmospheric humidity, atmospheric pressure, atmospheric temperature, cloud height, visibility, surge, wave height, ocean current velocity, ocean current direction, and precipitation, can be measured by real-time monitoring of the marine environment; 3) six degrees of freedom movement of the marine structure is measured by real-time monitoring of the marine structure; 4) data on leakage and sloshing of a variety of tanks inside of the marine structure is measured by real-time monitoring the condition of the tanks; 5) damage to and the life of pipes, equipments or similar, which are positioned on an upper portion of a hull of the marine structure, are measured by real-time monitoring the upper portion of the hull; and 6) measuring degree of damage and the life of an umbilical cable, pipes, pumps, valves or similar which are positioned under water, and thereby accordingly carrying out appropriate automatic static and dynamic positioning, motion control, and maintenance of the marine structure.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un système et un procédé qui permettent de positionner ou de commander de façon statique et dynamique les mouvements d'une structure marine, en utilisant la surveillance en temps réel d'au moins une ligne d'amarrage ou d'une combinaison de ligne d'amarrage, de l'environnement marin, de six degrés de liberté de la structure marine, de l'état des réservoirs, d'une partie supérieure de la coque et du milieu sous-marin. Dans la présente invention, les données de surveillance statique et dynamique en temps réel de la ligne d'amarrage sont obtenues et traitées afin de positionner ou de commander et de maintenir le mouvement de la structure marine. Selon la présente invention, 1) la tension de la ligne d'amarrage est mesurée par la surveillance en temps réel de la ligne d'amarrage; 2) divers éléments de l'environnement marin, tels que la direction du vent, la vitesse du vent, l'humidité atmosphérique, la pression atmosphérique, la température atmosphérique, la hauteur des nuages, la visibilité, la houle, la hauteur des vagues, la vitesse des courants océaniques, la direction des courants océaniques et les précipitations, peuvent être mesurés par la surveillance en temps réel de l'environnement marin; 3) six degrés de liberté de mouvement de la structure marine sont mesurés par la surveillance en temps réel de la structure marine; 4) les données sur les fuites et le ballottement d'une diversité de réservoirs à l'intérieur de la structure marine sont mesurées par la surveillance en temps réel de l'état des réservoirs; 5) la détérioration et la durée de vie des canalisations, des équipements et autres, qui sont positionnés sur une partie supérieure de la coque de la structure marine, sont mesurées par la surveillance en temps réel de la partie supérieure de la coque; 6) le degré de détérioration et la durée de vie d'un câble ombilical, de canalisations, de pompes, de vannes ou autres, qui sont positionnés sous l'eau, sont mesurés et permettent ainsi d'obtenir automatiquement le positionnement statique et dynamique, la commande du mouvement et l'entretien de la structure marine appropriés.
(KO) 본 발명은 계류라인, 해양환경, 해양 구조물의 6자유도 운동, 탱크 상태, 선체 상부, 해저 또는 이들의 조합 중 적어도 하나 이상의 실시간 모니터링을 이용한 해양 구조물의 정적 및 동적 포지셔닝 또는 모션 제어 시스템 및 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에서는 계류라인의 정적 및 동적 실시간 모니터링 데이터를 취득하고 이를 해양 구조물의 포지셔닝 또는 모션 제어 및 관리를 위하여 처리한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 1) 계류라인의 실시간 모니터링을 통해 계류라인의 텐션을 측정하며, 2) 해양환경의 실시간 모니터링을 통해 풍향, 풍속, 대기 습도, 대기 압력, 대기 온도, 운고, 시계, 파랑, 파고, 해류 속도, 해류 방향, 강우 등의 각종 해양환경 요소를 측정하고, 3) 해양 구조물의 실시간 모니터링을 통해 해양 구조물의 6자유도 운동을 측정하며, 4) 탱크 상태의 실시간 모니터링을 통해 해양 구조물 내 각종 탱크의 누손량 및 슬로싱 데이터를 측정하고, 5) 선체 상부의 실시간 모니터링을 통해 해양 구조물의 선체 상부에 위치한 파이프, 장비 등의 손상 및 수명을 측정하며, 6) 해저의 실시간 모니터링을 통해 해저에 위치한 엄비리컬 케이블, 파이프, 펌프 및 밸브 등의 손상 및 수명을 측정하고, 이에 맞추어 자동으로 적절한 해양 구조물의 정적 및 동적 포지셔닝 또는 모션 제어 및 관리가 이루어질 수 있다.
