(EN)The present invention relates to a system for measuring the hemoglobin concentration in whole blood, wherein the system comprises: a light-radiating unit including a light source that emits two types of incident light having different wavelengths; a diffusion unit which diffuses the incident light emitted by the light-radiating unit; a cuvette-holding unit which is formed so as to hold a cuvette including a blood sample; a detection unit which detects each absorbance of the two types of incident light having different wavelengths; a processing unit which determines the hemoglobin concentration in the blood by processing the measured absorbance result; and a control unit which regulates the two types of incident light having different wavelengths in order to repeatedly/sequentially radiate same. Although the system for measuring hemoglobin in whole blood of the present invention uses a small amount of whole blood, it is possible to measure the total hemoglobin concentration in an accurate and reliable manner. The system of the present invention aligns the paths of two types of incident light having different wavelengths passing through a microcuvette by using a diffuser plate so as to easily align a light source and increase the reliability of the results. Also, the system of the present invention uses two wavelengths so as to rapidly and accurately measure the total amount of hemoglobin, including oxidized and reduced hemoglobin.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un système permettant de mesurer la concentration d'hémoglobine dans le sang total. Ce système comprend une unité produisant un rayonnement lumineux, qui inclut une source lumineuse émettant deux types de lumière incidente présentant des longueurs d'onde différentes; une unité de diffusion, qui diffuse la lumière incidente émise par l'unité produisant un rayonnement lumineux; une unité de support de cuvette, qui est formée de manière à maintenir une cuvette incluant un échantillon de sang; une unité de détection, qui détecte chaque absorbance des deux types de lumière incidente aux longueurs d'onde différentes; une unité de traitement, qui détermine la concentration d'hémoglobine dans le sang en traitant le résultat d'absorbance mesuré; et une unité de commande, qui régule les deux types de lumière incidente aux longueurs d'onde différentes afin de faire rayonner celles-ci de manière répétée/séquentielle. Bien que le système de mesure de l'hémoglobine dans le sang total de la présente invention n'utilise qu'une faible quantité de sang total, il permet de mesurer la concentration totale d'hémoglobine de manière précise et fiable. Le système de l'invention aligne les trajectoires de deux types de lumière incidente aux longueurs d'onde différentes qui traversent une microcuvette, au moyen d'une plaque de diffusion, de manière à aligner facilement une source lumineuse et à accroître la fiabilité des résultats. De plus, le système de l'invention utilise deux longueurs d'onde pour mesurer rapidement et précisément la quantité totale d'hémoglobine, y compris l'hémoglobine oxydée et l'hémoglobine réduite.
