Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cooking container for a microwave oven and to an associated cooking container. The method for manufacturing the cooking container for a microwave oven and the associated cooking container enable a cooked material to be heated quickly and for a long period of time by concentrating discharged heat onto the cooking container while blocking heat loss from the heating element, and facilitates the handling of the container and a change in the design of the container while preventing damage during use due to the swinging of the heating element. To this end, a forming step (S1), an adhesion step (S2), a biscuit-firing step (S4), and a glaze firing step (S5) are performed such that the heating element is integrally inserted and formed in a space (30) between a container (1) and a finishing member (20).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un récipient de cuisson destiné à un four à micro-ondes et un récipient de cuisson associé. Le procédé de fabrication du récipient de cuisson destiné à un four à micro-ondes et le récipient de cuisson associé permettent de chauffer rapidement un matériau cuit et pendant longtemps, par concentration de la chaleur évacuée sur le récipient de cuisson tout en bloquant la perte de chaleur de l'élément chauffant, et facilitent la manipulation du récipient et un changement dans la conception du récipient tout en empêchant une détérioration lors de l'utilisation en raison de l'oscillation de l'élément chauffant. A cette fin, une étape de formation (S1), une étape d'adhésion (S2), une étape de cuisson biscuit (S4) et une étape de cuisson de glaçure (S5) sont réalisées de sorte que l'élément chauffant est intégralement inséré et formé dans un espace (30) entre un récipient (1) et un membre de finition (20).
(KO) 본 발명은 전자렌지용 조리용기 제조방법 및 그에 따른 조리용기에 관련되며, 이때 전자렌지용 조리용기 제조방법 및 그에 따른 조리용기는 발열체의 열손실을 차단하면서 방출열이 조리용기로 집중되도록 하여 피조리물을 보다 신속하고 오래 가열되도록 하고, 또 용기의 취급 및 디자인 변경이 용이하면서 사용중 발열체의 유동으로 인한 파손을 방지하기 위해 성형단계(S1), 접착단계(S2), 초벌구이단계(S4), 재벌구이단계(S5)를 수행하여, 발열체가 용기(1)와 마감부재(20사이의 공간부(30)상에 일체로 삽입 성형되도록 구성된다.
