The present invention provides a system and a method for static and dynamic positioning of a marine structure by using real-time monitoring of a marine environment, which allows measurement of various marine environment elements, such as wind direction, wind speed, atmospheric humidity, atmospheric pressure, atmospheric temperature, cloud height, visibility, surge, wave height, ocean current velocity, ocean current direction, and precipitation, by means of real-time monitoring of the marine environment, and automatically controlling and maintaining static and dynamic positioning of the marine structure, appropriately in accordance with the measurement of the marine elements.

La présente invention porte sur un système et un procédé pour le positionnement statique et dynamique d'une structure marine par utilisation d'une surveillance en temps réel d'un environnement marin, qui permet de mesurer divers éléments d'environnement marin, tels que la direction du vent, la vitesse du vent, l'humidité atmosphérique, la pression atmosphérique, la température atmosphérique, la hauteur des nuages, la visibilité, la houle, la hauteur des vagues, la vitesse des courants océaniques, la direction des courants océaniques et les précipitations, au moyen d'une surveillance en temps réel de l'environnement marin et par commande et maintien automatiques du positionnement statique et dynamique de la structure marine, de façon appropriée en accord avec la mesure des éléments marins.

본 발명은 해양환경의 실시간 모니터링을 통해 풍향, 풍속, 대기 습도, 대기 압력, 대기 온도, 운고, 시계, 파랑, 파고, 해류 속도, 해류 방향, 강우 등의 각종 해양환경 요소를 측정하고 이에 맞추어 자동으로 적절한 해양 구조물의 정적 및 동적 포지셔닝 제어 및 관리가 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 해양환경의 실시간 모니터링을 이용한 해양 구조물의 정적 및 동적 포지셔닝 시스템 및 방법을 제공한다.
