Abstract

In this method for purifying phenol, carbonyl compounds in the phenol are converted into the corresponding alcohol compounds by selective hydrogenation and readily separated from the phenol by distillation. This method for purifying phenol is characterized in that phenol is brought into contact with a copper-based catalyst in the presence of hydrogen, and the carbonyl compounds in the phenol are each converted into the corresponding alcohol compounds and then separated from the phenol by distillation.

Dans le procédé de purification du phénol ci-décrit, les composés de carbonyle contenus dans le phénol sont convertis en composés alcools correspondants par hydrogénation sélective et facilement séparés du phénol par distillation. Ce procédé de purification du phénol est caractérisé en ce que le phénol est mis en contact avec un catalyseur à base de cuivre en présence d'hydrogène, et en ce que les composés de carbonyle contenus dans le phénol sont chacun convertis en composés alcools correspondants, puis séparés du phénol par distillation.

 本発明のフェノールの精製方法は、フェノール中のカルボニル化合物を選択的水素添加により、対応するアルコール化合物に転化し、フェノールとの蒸留分離を容易する。本発明のフェノールの精製方法は、フェノールを水素の共存下で、銅系触媒と接触させフェノール中のカルボニル化合物を各々対応するアルコール化合物に転化し、次いで蒸留によりフェノールと分離することを特徴とする。
